Welcome to Dekore Wave. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our related policies.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our canvas prints, Islamic calligraphy, and other decorative products.

Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, and material finishes. Please review the listed dimensions, materials, and available options before ordering. Product images showing room settings are for illustration; refer to the stated measurements for actual size.

These possible visual differences do not excuse a defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product.

3. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. Please provide a correct name, delivery address, phone number, and any other details needed to process your order.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and taxes will be shown before you complete your order.

Available payment methods and payment requirements are displayed at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders. If we discover a pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding at a different price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery availability, charges, and estimated times depend on your location within Pakistan and the delivery service available.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and assist.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and within 2 days of receiving it at dekorewave@gmail.com.

Include:

Your order number or proof of purchase.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product and any relevant packaging.

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible and provide any necessary return instructions.

Please retain the product and its original packaging where possible. Do not send an item back before contacting us.

This replacement process does not limit any remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Whether we can accommodate your request depends on whether processing, production, or dispatch has begun.

We will confirm the available options before making changes.

8. Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and providing current information.

Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, unlawful activity, or serious violations of these terms.

9. Responsibility and Consumer Rights

We take reasonable care in providing our website and fulfilling orders, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our policies do not prevent you from seeking remedies available under applicable law.
